Postpartum doula support focuses first on your physical and emotional recovery. This includes:

  • Belly binding

  • Vaginal Steaming

  • Emotional support

  • Recognizing and providing referrals for early signs of postpartum mood disorders in confidentiality


The next focus is on your baby's acclimation to life on the outside of your body.  This includes: 

  • Sleeping- Day sleep, night sleep and adjusting when necessary 

  • Healthy stimulation- through simple massage and noise integration

  • Feeding: Breast, bottle, or a combination of both as decided by you

  • Soothing and comforting 

  • Hygiene and care 

  • Household routine integration
